Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Kiraah, publisher of the kiraah platform, and its professional customers.
2. Services offered
kiraah provides SaaS (Software as a Service) applications designed to automate business constraints and manage compliance.
The detailed features of each application are available on our website and may evolve over time.
3. Pricing and payment terms
Prices are stated in euros excluding VAT and billed monthly per active user licence.
Current prices are available on our pricing page.
Payment is made by direct debit or bank transfer according to the terms agreed at the time of subscription.
4. Term and termination
Subscriptions are entered into with no minimum term. The customer may terminate at any time with 30 days' notice.
In the event of termination, access to the services is maintained until the end of the current billing period.
kiraah reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in the event of non-payment or breach of contractual obligations.
5. Customer obligations
The customer undertakes to:
- Provide accurate information when subscribing
- Use the services for their intended purpose
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Keep access credentials confidential
- Pay all sums due within the agreed deadlines
6. kiraah obligations
kiraah undertakes to:
- Provide access to the services 24/7 (excluding maintenance)
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of data
- Carry out daily backups
- Provide technical support by email and chat
- Inform the customer of major platform changes
7. Availability and maintenance
kiraah guarantees 99.9% monthly availability, excluding scheduled maintenance operations.
Maintenance operations are carried out outside business hours whenever possible and are communicated in advance.
8. Data ownership
The customer remains the owner of all data entered into the platform. kiraah uses this data to provide, secure and maintain the service, including AI features enabled by the customer.
In the event of termination, the customer may export its data in a standard format for a period of 30 days.
9. Liability and warranties
kiraah deploys all necessary means to ensure the quality and security of the services, but cannot guarantee the total absence of errors or interruptions.
kiraah's liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damage, up to the amount paid by the customer over the previous 12 months.
10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions of Sale
kiraah reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Customers will be informed of any material change with 30 days' notice.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the French commercial courts.
