Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern the terms and conditions for using the kiraah platform, published by Kiraah, as well as the rights and obligations of users.

Use of the kiraah platform implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use.

2. Access to the platform

The kiraah platform is available free of charge in demonstration mode. Full access to features requires a paid subscription.

The user must have Internet access and a recent web browser in order to use the platform.

3. Registration and user account

Registration on the platform requires accurate and up-to-date information. The user undertakes to keep this information current.

Each user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Any use of the platform made through a user account is deemed to have been made by the holder of that account.

4. Use of the platform

The user undertakes to use the platform for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

In particular, it is prohibited to:

• Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Disrupt the operation of the platform
• Copy, modify or distribute platform content without authorisation

5. Intellectual property

The kiraah platform and all of its content (texts, images, logos, code) are protected by copyright and belong to Kiraah or its partners.

Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, modification or use is prohibited and constitutes infringement.

6. Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

In the feature request module, submitted requests, votes and related attachments may be made visible beyond the original tenant in order to inform the product roadmap. This cross-tenant visibility is enabled only after the user's explicit consent at submission time.

7. Liability

kiraah endeavours to ensure the availability and security of the platform, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

kiraah cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.

8. Changes to the Terms of Use

kiraah reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be informed of any material change.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
